HC04B Strong Arc Half Ring Bonded Sintered Magnetic Neodymium Halbach Array Electro Ndfeb Magnet
Neodymium arc magnet permanent magnet generator parts is composed of neodymium, iron, boron and a few transition metals. It has many advantages like high coercive force, high energy, high performance/ cost ratio and can be easily formed into various shapes and widely used in many fields such as aviation, electronics, instruments, meters, DC motors, Liner motors, MRI, medical and health products. It is the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet and at the same time the most powerful and advanced commercialized permanent magnet today.
The manufacturing process of NdFeB is carried out by powder metallurgy process, and raw materials containing certain proportions such as ruthenium, osmium, iron, cobalt, ruthenium, osmium, aluminum, copper, boron iron, etc. are smelted into alloy steel ingots by medium frequency induction melting furnace. Then, the powder is crushed into 3 to 5 μm and pressed into a magnetic field. The formed green body is sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace to be dense and tempered, so that a permanent magnet blank having a certain magnetic property is obtained. After the blank is subjected to grinding, drilling, slicing and other processing steps, the surface treatment is used to obtain the finished product of NdFeB.
